By creating an account or using Relan AI, you confirm that:

- You are at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

- If you are using Relan on behalf of an organization, you have authority to bind that organization.

Relan AI provides a relationship intelligence and revenue protection platform that enables organizations to:

- Monitor client engagement patterns

- Detect engagement decay and risk signals

- Analyze communication velocity and interaction frequency

- Identify at-risk revenue

- Generate predictive insights and recommendations

We may modify, update, enhance, or discontinue features at any time.

Relan AI does not replace CRM or communication tools. It operates as an intelligence layer.

To use Relan AI:

- You must create an account and provide accurate, current information.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

- We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised accounts due to user negligence.

Relan AI offers subscription-based plans.

- Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe or other approved payment providers.

- By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing in accordance with your selected plan.

- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

You agree not to:

- Use Relan AI for unlawful or fraudulent activities

- Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform

- Upload malicious code or harmful content

- Attempt to extract proprietary algorithms or system logic

- Scrape, automate, or abuse platform data

You remain responsible for the legality of the data you upload.

All software, algorithms, dashboards, analytics logic, design, branding, and platform materials are owned by 10x Galaxy Ltd.

You retain ownership of your uploaded data. By using Relan AI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for delivering the Services. No ownership of our intellectual property is transferred to you.

Relan AI processes user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect customer data. However, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for ensuring they have lawful rights to upload and process data within Relan AI.

We aim to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend services for maintenance, security updates, infrastructure upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. Relan AI is not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

- You violate these Terms

- Your payment fails

- Required by law

- Your use poses security or reputational risk

Upon termination:

- Access will be disabled

- Certain data may be retained for legal, compliance, or billing purposes

Relan AI is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue recovery, error-free analytics, or perfect prediction accuracy. Insights are advisory tools and should not be considered financial or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- Relan AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Relan AI and 10x Galaxy Ltd from claims arising from:

- Your use of the platform

- Violation of these Terms

- Breach of third-party rights

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect revisions. Continued use of Relan AI constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
